As part of our Surplus Unlocked service, our dedicated team closely analyses production lines with your teams on site for a period of time, mapping the process from ‘goods in’ to dispatch to identify where waste occurs. Through this process, we can identify surplus stock we can redistribute and save from landfill whilst also suggesting ways to make processes more efficient reducing overall waste.
